After my doctor recommended I have a hysterectomy I embarked on a journey to
find all the information available on the subject.

I found that many women do not like to reveal they have had a hysterectomy.
It seems as if it's a taboo subject. Perhaps this is because it's such a personal surgery and many people (both male and female) think a woman is less
feminine after a hysterectomy - which of course is untrue.

In “My Hysterectomy Experience”, Melanie Brown combines medically accurate information about
hysterectomy with her own first hand experience. The lucid narrative makes the daunting surgery easy to visualize,
yet appear less threatening. The author answers many questions, which most women might want answered
but would hesitate to ask. The clear medical descriptions, written from a patient’s viewpoint help the reader
relate to the author’s story. The attention to detail ensures that the readers get all the information they are seeking.

What makes the book special is the way the author reveals her own feelings all along the way and
finally concludes on an optimistic note.

In this e-book, the eloquent writer presents a complete story of her hysterectomy experience.
The book resonates with positive energy and provides great psychological support to any
woman about to undergo the surgery. The language is free flowing and simple. The book sure has an edge
over several others that make the process sound complex and devastating.

Melanie Brown, with her unique style, breathes fresh air into this genre of writing.
